Sweat Squad
Beginners class: This package is perfect for those who are new to boxing and want to get started with basic cardio fitness. It includes basic punches, skipping and agility ladder.
Boxing Bootcamp
Intermediate class: This package is ideal for those who have some experience with boxing fitness and are ready to take their training to the next level. It includes basic punches, focus mitts, jump rope, agility ladder, strength and conditioning and abs.
Power Punch
Advanced class: This package is for those who have a high level of fitness and experience with boxing fitness. It includes light sparring, focus mitts, jump rope, agility ladder, strength and conditioning and abs. Push your limits.
